Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created under our services shall be transferred to the client upon full payment.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

KodKodKod AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
